How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Towntrek account and associated personal data, email admin@bytecraftdigital.com from the email address linked to your Towntrek account.
What to include
- Your Towntrek account email address.
- Your display name, if different from your email address.
- A short statement confirming that you want your account deleted.
What we will delete or de-identify
- Your Towntrek account profile and linked mobile-device sessions.
- Member-facing parcel, route, and progression data where deletion is permitted.
- Other associated personal data that is no longer required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where required by law or where reasonably necessary for payment records, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, security logs, or other legitimate business and compliance purposes.
Processing time
We aim to review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
